REFUND POLICY

If the item you received was the wrong style or wrong diamond, if it was not custom made, and returned in its original condition, within 30 days of the date of shipment, a refund or an exchange will be issued.

Once we receive your returned item and it is accepted, your refund or new item will be processed in just a few days. Upon receiving your return, the item will be reviewed by our Quality Assurance Dept.


* Please note that: items showing signs of wear or those that have been engraved, altered, resized (by a jeweler other than Elsa Rings), or damaged in any way cannot be accepted for return. Returns with no Elsa Rings return code, and packages that are improperly packaged or uninsured will be refused receipt.

Obtaining Return Authorization

Receiving a Refund for Loose or Set GIA Certified Diamonds:

Only GIA certified diamonds are sold on elsarings.com. To receive a refund on one of our GIA certified diamonds you must send it with an appraisal from a certified gemologist stating that the diamond you ordered is not the diamond you received. If you received the correct diamond only an exchange of stones will be considered.


Return must be Within THIRTY (30) DAYS.


Included must be all the original packing boxes, including the receipt, packing slip and the diamond's GIA certificate. (You may be liable for the $250 replacement cost if the Diamond's GIA certificate is not returned.) Enclose all original packaging and use the original delivery box, if possible.

You must have return authorization written on the return form in order to receive refund or exchange.

You must follow these instructions exactly, failure to do so will prevent the processing of your return. If you have any questions about our return procedure, please contact us at rings@elsarings.com.
