How to Return an Order:

1. Obtain the Return Authorization Code: Call Elsarings.com customer service at (800) 440-3572 to obtain a return authorization number. Complete the return form provided with the original packing materials. Once you have obtained your Return Authorization Code, write it on the Returns Label found at the bottom left of the packing slip.

2. Packing your order: Secure your item(s) and all the original packing materials, including the return form, packing slip and the diamond GIA certificate (a $250 replacement fee will be charged if the GIA certificate is not returned) and enclose all original packaging, including diamond certificates and appraisal forms. Use the original delivery box, if possible, or return the merchandise in a plainly wrapped cardboard box (the post office has these available if you do not).

If you do not have the Returns Label found on the original packing slip, then please enclose a document listing the following information fields:

  •     a. Your name
  •     b. Your return address
  •     c. Daytime phone number
  •     d. Original order number
  •     e. Return Authorization Code     

  • (**NOTE: Do not write Elsarings.com, jewelry, diamonds or other luxury-related words anywhere on the package.)

3. Shipment and Insurance:

US customers

Use the following shipping methods depending on the value of your order. For your protection, please insure every return and make sure you get a receipt confirming your return has reached Elsarings.com. Elsarings.com is not responsible for items lost or damaged while shipping. Your shipment must be fully insured. Use your original invoice to determine the total cost of items being returned. In addition, request a return receipt in order for your shipment to be tracked.*

Shipping options are as follows:

You may ship your return via the carrier of your choice as long as the total cost of products being returned is less than $500. Elsarings.com recommends FedEx, DHL or United States Postal Service registered mail.

You must ship your packages via the U.S. Postal Service if the total cost of products being returned is more than $500. The U.S. Postal Service is the only carrier that will provide insurance for items that exceed $500 in value.

Check your email. We will send you an email to notify you that your return has been processed, and if you have received the wrong item (ring, diamond, etc.) and the proper account has been credited. Please allow one monthly billing cycle in order for your credit to appear.

For an exchange, we will issue you credit for the price of the merchandise. You can apply this credit to the purchase of any item offered by Elsa Rings.

Gift items must have the return authorization written on the return form as well as the Elsarings.com address label. The recipient of the gift may exchange the item or choose to receive a gift certificate.

Insurance shipping and handling charges will be excluded from the total refund. Elsa Rings will refund shipping and handling costs only if the return is a result of Elsa Ring's error.

* Elsa Rings will not accept non-insured returns. Non-insured packages, and improperly packed packages will be returned to sender. All merchandise must be in its original condition. Items that have been damaged or altered (e.g. resized, engraved, or worn) will not be accepted for a refund. Elsarings.com is not responsible for damage or loss during shipment.

International Customers
If your order is valued at under $500, you can ship it back by any carrier.

For returns of over $500, customers will have to get items insured by a 3rd party insurance company like One Service or Malca Amit. (FedEx and UPS will not insure international orders over $500.). Elsarings.com is not responsible for arranging coverage/insurance for any returns.

Return Process

Our laboratory will inspect and verify the condition of the item once we receive the return. Returns take approximately five business days to process upon receipt of the item. The original Elsarings.com security tag must still be on the item in order for refunds to be processed. Elsarings.com will refund the full cost of the item EXCLUDING shipping**, handling and insurance charges. Refunds will be made using the mode of payment used in the original purchase.

** If an order shipped is the wrong style or wrong diamond, then Elsarings.com will fully reimburse shipping and handling.

Conditions of return
a. Packages without a return authorization number will not be accepted.
b. Items must be returned in the same condition as it was sent from Elsarings.com within 30 days from the date of SHIPMENT. Orders received after this date will not be accepted.
c. Any returns showing signs of wear or those that have been engraved, altered, resized (by a jeweler other than Elsarings.com), or damaged in any way will not be accepted.
d. Custom orders that were made to a specific diamond size, or with engraving, special finger sizes cannot be accepted back.
e. Badly packed or uninsured items will not be accepted.
